This project aims to develop innovative technologies that simultaneously improve cost, schedule, quality, and safety by transforming apartment housing production into a Standardized, Integrated, and Intelligent system based on Off-Site Construction (OSC). To overcome the structural limitations of site-centric methods, such as labor shortages and safety accidents, the research establishes a full lifecycle production system spanning design, manufacturing, transportation, installation, and evaluation. It encompasses 11 sub-projects, including BIM-based supply chain management, on-site quality defect detection, and institutional validation through testbeds.
